Sound of Your Soul

“Sound of Your Soul” is 14 original Jewish Yoga chants which were created to back track and accompany Lisa’s Yoga Shalom practices. They are also meant for sacred chant, meditation and deep listening. Every track of every song was recorded by Lisa on her Mac with the exception of the cello and violin tracks contributed by Diane Cline and Sandra Wong. The tracks were then uploaded by engineer Don Godwin for mixing, tweaking and mastering! This is a true pandemic project from start to finish. The artwork on the cover is the work of artist Sandy Pond.

Kabbalah Kirtan

Kabbalah: the mystical teachings of Judaism. Kirtan: the art of devotional chant. Bring them together, and you unfold the beauty of Kabbalah Kirtan, an ecstatic new musical form that invites you to sing to and join with God.
On Kabbalah Kirtan, YofiYah offers her gifts as a voice teacher, artist, and improvisational musician to create a safe and spiritually charged environment for listeners from all traditions to find and free their authentic voice, and experience the presence of God.

Kirtan Rabbi

Kirtan Rabbi's music is characterized by great energy, passion and melodic flow. Rabbi Andrew Hahn, Ph.D., combines a variety of tools to introduce Jewish Wisdom to an increasingly global, religious village. His two available CDs, “Kirtan Rabbi: Live!” and “Achat Sha’alti: One Thing I Seek” have a growing, devoted following.

Shira Guru Taylor

In today’s busy world, many people are hungering for spirituality. When we need the space to relax and quiet our minds, we turn to practices like yoga, meditation and prayer. I decided to create the album, Day and Night, to provide a unique and powerful opportunity for any person seeking more spirituality, connection, and meaning in his or her life.

Shemantra

Richard Gans believes music is a “bridge” to spirituality. “To be active, to sing and to be joyous; it’s in our faith. You know, ‘Sing Joyfully’… ‘Burst out in song,’” he quotes. “Expressive Judaism, I guess, is something that I yearn for myself.” Discover more about Richard's inspirations: https://www.jewishledger.com/2019/07/kirtan-in-the-yurt/www.jewishledger.com/2019/07/kirtan-in-the-yurt/
